All appointments and deposits are non-transferable.

Healed Results

Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. No guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. But know that we do our very best to achieve great results for you. If you look good, we look good!

Extra Sessions 

One free touch up is included within  6-8 weeks of your initial procedure.  Additional appointments will be charged according to our current price list.  Refresher appointments are generally required every 1-3 years. 

 

Permanent Makeup Corrections 

 If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in corrections of any kind, we recommend booking a free 20 minute consultation.  In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and corrections will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, additional appointments might be needed.

 

Once Healed 

Exposure to the sun over time can cause the fading of the pigment. Once completely healed, you may apply sunscreen on the treated area. Wear large sunglasses and a hat for further protection. Glycolic acid, microdermabrasion, and chemical face peel products must be kept away from the tattooed area as continued use could lighten the pigment. If you are having laser resurfacing or laser hair removal after your tattoo has healed, please inform the laser technician.

Gift Cards

All Gift cards must be redeemed within ONE year of purchase. After ONE year the gift card is expired.

Animals or pets are not allowed in a salon, with the exception of fish kept in closed aquariums, or trained animals to assist hearing, visually or physically disabled.
